By accessing or using our services, including the Synchrono app, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, including paid subscription services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Darangi Labs is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Usage

• Permitted Use: Synchrono provides users with summarized content for podcasts and emails. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to:
  • Violate any local, national, or international law.
  • Upload or distribute viruses or malicious software.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Fees

• Trial Period: Synchrono may offer a free trial period to new users, allowing them to explore the Service before subscribing. The trial duration will be specified at the time of signup. At the end of the trial period, users will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless they cancel before the trial ends.
• Paid Subscription: After the trial period, users must pay a recurring subscription fee to continue accessing the Service. Subscription fees will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and will be charged periodically (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen).
• Billing: You authorize Darangi Labs to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee at the start of each billing period. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content and intellectual property associated with the Service, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Darangi Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
